Аlexandra Tsvetkova, Director of LIBRe Foundation, participates as a lecturer in a training organized by e-Commerce Academy on the application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the e-Commerce field, presenting legal requirements for conducting contracts online, key provisions of the Regulation, basic principles of processing of personal data and guaranteeing the rights of the data subjects, legal and organizational steps towards compliance, control mechanisms provided for in the Regulation, etc.
The focus of Ms Tsvetkova's session is on the preparation and visualization of Privacy Policies and the adaptation of the e-commerce platforms’ functionalities to the GDPR requirements.
