Organisational development consulting services for an NGO established in 2016 and working in the field of cynology. The services provided by the team of LIBRe Foundation include: administrative and financial management, and expansion of organisation’s activities and initiatives, including legal services on the its subsequent registration at the Bulgarian Entry Registry and its internal documents; consulting on project-based funding; and development of initiatives for increasing the public's culture on cynology and providing reliable information on specific breeds and related events (seminars and competitions, exhibitions, breeding, kennels' registration, etc.).
