As it is already the beginning of 2018, we are reminding you that the amendments to the Non-Profit Legal Entities Act are entering into force. According to the amendments, all nonprofit organisations, registered in Bulgaria, are required to apply for re-registration in the new Registry for Non-Profit Legal Entities kept by the Bulgarian Registry Agency.
The procedure includes filling and filing an application form (either A15, A16, A17 or A18, depending on the type of organisation), with the forms being available on the website of the Registry Agency.
Please note that the application must be filled in with all the details of the organisation which, after the re-registration, will be visible on her account in the register.
An up-to-date constituent act or statutes of the organization must be attached to the application. Also, re-registration fee is not due, and documents can also be submitted electronically via the Registry Agency's website if you have an e-signature.
