As a follow-up to the public lecture held on 17.03.2018, “Teodor Piperkov” Law Club together with LIBRe Foundation organized a session on the practical implementation of the GDPR requirements.

The second event within the initiative took place on Saturday, 24 March 2018. It provided the participating students with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the practical aspects of the subject by implementing several practical tasks: a moot court exercise on personal data protection case, and team drafting of a privacy policy for an e-shop. Both tasks were implemented under the guidance of the mentors provided by the organizers - Alexandra Tsvetkova and Hristiyan Dimov.

To accomplish these tasks, the participants were grouped in three teams on a random basis. Each one of the students had to participate actively in the discussions and to find the best solution to the problems posed. All of the participants had the opportunity to discuss their point of view with others and to apply the lessons learned during the previous stage of the initiative.
