The discusssion will take place at Room 255 in the central building of Sofia University and is the first stage of the initiative, combining theory, practice and discussions on problems. During the first meeting on Saturday, the team of LIBRe Foundation, in the face of Alexandra Tsvetkova and Hristiyan Dimov, considered the historical and cultural factors that led to the modern appearance of the legal framework, the current instruments for the benefit of citizens for the protection of their personal data, basic concepts in the legal framework, the innovations of the General Regulation on data protection and the current trends of the sector. The meeting is open for visits and takes place in the form of a seminar session with dedicated discussion time.

The second meeting will take place on 24 March 2018, and will enable the students to get acquainted with the practical aspects of the subject by participating in tasks of a legal nature: discussion of the case and the group preparation of a document - privacy policy for users of a website with the help of the mentors provided by the organizers. To accomplish these tasks, the participants will be grouped in several teams at random, each participant being expected to participate actively in the discussions to find the best solution to these problems. All participants will have the opportunity to put their point of view and apply the lessons learned from the previous stages of the initiative. Participation in the second stage of the initiative requires pre-registration through the Facebook page of Teodor Piperkov's club because of the limited number of places.
