LIBRe Foundation provided a consultation on an electronic platform for delivery of services and digital content on the compliance of its activities with the personal data breach requirements under Art. 33-34 of GDPR in relation to: notification of a personal data breach to the supervisory authority, communication of the breach to the data subjects, and the necessary technical and organizational measures to secure these processes and ensure the protection of the databases against future violations.
