The updated policy adopted by the Bulgarian Government reflects the changes occurring during the last 10 years on national and international level and affect the planning and allocation of radio spectrum. They are mainly related to unification of the Bulgarian and European legislation and to acts adopted by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT).
The updated state policy defines trends and guidelines for planning and allocation of radio spectrum in the country in the short term (until the end of 2017), in medium term (until the end of 2019, when the next World Radio Communication Conference will take place) and in long term - following 2020.
The updated draft state policy which was offered for public discussion could be found here (Available in Bulgarian only).
