The Bulgarian Supreme Judicial Council started a public consultation on a Draft Ordinance on the Organisational Procedures for Keeping and Access to Electronic Cases and Electronic Evidence as well as the Organisational Procedures for Internal Document Exchange and Storing of other Information by the Judicial Administration.
The Ordinance is published for public consultation on 30.03.2017 and opinions could be submitted within 30 days of the publishing date.
