CyCon (International Conference on Cyber Conflict) is organised by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence, a Tallinn-based think tank, knowledge hub and training facility, together with partners from academia, private sector and governments.
In 2018 the CyCon conference celebrates its 10th anniversary.
The event will take place in Tallinn between 29 May and 1 June 2018. To mark the anniversary, the cyber security community is offered the opportunity to shape the focus of the anniversary conference. Instead of setting a predefined core topic for this conference, the trusted research community is invited to submit original research papers on their choice of the most topical and current cyber security issues, from technical, legal, policy, strategy or military perspectives.
Topics may vary from cyberspace governance and the changing role of states in cyberspace to blockchain, Big data, cloud and mobile computing security.
The deadline for abstract submission to CyCon 2018 is 3 October 2017.
