The meeting aims to monitor and review the progress of the project, including: current performance, achieved performance indicators, financial, technical and human resources used, impact on target groups, level of implementation of key criteria in dissemination and evaluation of overall project management. The meeting also has a get-together objective - the EC monitors are getting acquainted with the teams working on the project and their expertise.
In addition, the feedback from the monitors enables external evaluation of progress and shows new dimensions and/or reinforces the measures already taken by the consortium to improve the quality of project implementation.
