The Council of Ministers published a draft Decree for the adoption of an Ordinance on the Impact Assessment Scope and Methodology. The draft Ordinance aims to detail the framework for impact assessment as a tool for improving the quality of the legislative acts within the competence of the Council of Ministers, as provided in the Law on Legislative Acts of Bulgaria (State Gazette, Issue 34 of 3 May 2016).
The public consultation is open to all representatives of the state administration and will be open from 24.08.2016 until 23.09.2016.
