The varietyty of competences of LIBRe’s Team and our experts’ experience in NGO management are now in service of Bulgarian NGOs. Organizational consulting is provided to NGOs in the following areas:
- administrative and financial management
- management of human resources
- overall infrastructure and technical support planning
- public image development
- development of partner networks and a range of services and activities performed by the organizations.
The first activities within the initiative relate to organizational development consulting services for an NGO working on different initiatives and projects in the field of sport, tourism, education and culture, dedicated to children deprived of parental care.
