LIBRe Foundation’s team has significant experience in planning and organizing public events, including:
full planning and organisation of conferences (with up to 150 participants), round table discussions (25-50 stakeholders) for the public sector, and public talks on national level;
organisation of international working visits for up to 20 people in European institutions and/or Member States – for state and judicial authorities;
organisation and moderation of working meetings, round tables and conferences with up to 150 international participants all over Europe;
organisation of specialized events with up to 300 participants, such as conferences, expos, product presentations, specialized trainings and staff meetings, press conferences, project launches, etc.
organization of trainings - for the last ten years, our experts have organized and managed more than 300 trainings across Bulgaria with 10 to 50 participants in each training. As a result, we have trained more than 6 950 specialists from the public sector (central, district, and municipal administration and judicial structures). This refers to more than 13 950 full-attendance training days in the areas of: law, information technologies, financial management, advocacy and public relations, and organisational development. We have experience in the organisation of cascade trainings in short periods regardless of their geographical reach and number of participants.
For each event, we are capable of providing full planning and coordination range of services, including logistics and operations, marketing, public and stakeholder relations, as well as follow-up and accounting. This includes: planning, situational analysis, development of budget scenarios, and communication on each phase of the event organisation; venue selection, negotiations and contract management; supply and management of audio visual equipment and transport coordination; organisation and control of full catering services; complex management of venue logistics - design, production, and distribution of all materials related to the event programme, management of participants’ registration, event programme management, participants and official guests coordination, planning and organisation of additional social networking events; delivery of post-event reports and analysis.
LIBRe Foundation offers:
